5. All changes, deviations and amendments to original contract must be in writing and accepted by customer.

AUTOMOBILE DEALER GUIDELINES
1. Consumers shall be given all information (known by the dealer at the time of inquiry) about the automobile being considered for purchase. This information shall include:

Dealer may deliver car before final approval of financing, however dealer agrees not to charge customer for use of the car if it must be returned due to rejection of financing or if financing is not at the terms or conditions originally agreed upon. THIS DOES NOT APPLY IF CONSUMERS MISREPRESENT THEMSELVES IN ANY WAY ON A LOAN APPLICATION.
3. Dealer shall allow consumers to have used cars checked out by a mechanic (of consumer's choice) before they make a final decision on buying the car.
4. Dealer shall not knowingly misrepresent a car in any way.
5. Dealer agrees to rescind any car deal and return all monies to consumer, if Tom Martino finds (in his sole opinion) that the consumer has been cheated in any way, shape or form. This shall apply only if the consumer reports a dispute within 30 days of taking delivery of the car and has not put more than 1,500 miles on the car.
6. If, in the opinion of Tom Martino, complaints generated by a dealer are substantial and/or excessive, Martino may remove Dealer from ReferralList.com immediately and without notice.
